Break Pal - 3 minute cardio workout at your desk.

Break Pal is a revolutionary new software. It not only reminds you to exercise every 30 minutes, but it shows you how. Every thirty minutes it will pop up on your computer screen. Liz’s voice will come through your speakers and she’ll encourage you to get up and work out.

When you stand up she’ll walk you through one of the exercises from her very unique kung fu based aerobics program. Once you get the hang of the exercise you click “go faster” and she’ll speed up. A timer will start and you work out as long as you like. Each time you try to build up to a little more. Keep track of your progress with the timer.

The exercises are no impact. This means they are easy on your joints. No stress on the knees or back which is common most aerobics programs. They are based on the unique motions of a soft style kung fu called Shou Shu. This makes them very circular and fluid resulting in a no impact workout.
